The room was super clean and of perfect size.
The staff seemed moronic to me. I asked about using my food and beverage credit when ordering room service, but the person just told me I had to pay then. The manager later said it was my right to pay without the credit and would not honor it because I already paid. This was a big disappointment.

upon arrival, i received a lovely upgrade to a very spacious, modern room.. it was beautiful. the reception and bar staff were friendly and so helpful. the receptionists found a driver so i could visit auswitz. the pool area was clean and relaxing after a long day.
i noticed a very slight delay at check-in, though the staff was doing its best to manage everyone.

The room was super clean and very modern! I found two bottles of complimentary water in the mini-fridge. The lobby had comfortable seating areas that were great. The fitness center included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I loved that!
The bathroom had limited counter space for toiletries, inconvenient.

The reception staff were friendly and provided excellent assistance. The room was spacious and met all my needs. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. I found the gym had all equipment necessary for a good workout and it operated 24 hours, very convenient.
The view from my balcony overlooked a less attractive area, and smoking was prohibited.
